Most first-time buyers start with listings. That's backwards. Answer a few honest questions about how you actually live — the commute, the budget, the dog, the kids — and I'll point you at the York Region neighbourhoods that fit.
Your result is on the next screen either way. If you'd like it in writing — with the school ratings, GO times and the honest trade-offs for each area — pop your details in.
The checkbox is optional. Ticking it just means you're okay with me sending something helpful now and then. I don't spam and I don't sell your information.
That's a 20-minute conversation, not a sales pitch. I'll show you real sold prices, what the monthly carrying cost looks like, and whether the plan you have is realistic.

Matches are based on neighbourhood characteristics from HoodQ (pulled July 2026), Fraser Institute school ratings (Report Card on Ontario's Schools 2025, based on 2023–24 EQAO results) and Metrolinx GO travel times. Price positioning is relative — based on housing stock and location, not live listing prices. School catchments change; always confirm current boundaries with York Region District School Board or York Catholic District School Board. GO drive times are estimates, and the Barrie and Stouffville lines are still peak-heavy outside rush hour. This quiz is a starting point for a conversation, not advice on a specific property.
